Siemens Advanta, a business unit of Siemens that provides digital transformation and industrial Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, officially established its China headquarters in Suzhou, located in East China's Jiangsu province, by signing documents on March 4.
As per the management committee of Suzhou New District, the company will operate within the Chinese mainland market and plans to expand its operations to encompass Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.
The goal is to drive the intelligent transformation and sustainable development of enterprises and facilitate new industrialization by leveraging Siemens' professional and technological expertise.
Suzhou New District, recognized as a high-tech industrial base, has successfully attracted nearly 2,000 foreign-funded enterprises and 61 investment projects from the world's top 500 enterprises. It has also become home to nearly 50 foreign-funded headquarters and institutions.
