The Zhangjiagang Economic and Technological Development Zone or ZETDZ is located in the county-level city of Zhangjiagang, under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Suzhou, in East China's Jiangsu province.
The ZETDZ has continued to develop improvements in its sci-tech innovation capabilities and it currently has more than 1 million square meters allocated to various innovation carriers and 165 R&D institutions above the provincial level.
Moreover, it has been approved as a national intellectual property demonstration park, international science and technology cooperation base – as well as a China enterprises, universities and research institutes cooperation innovation demonstration base.
