The press conference for the fourth edition of the "Suzhou Double 12 Shopping Festival" was held on Dec 4, marking the commencement of a shopping extravaganza that will run from December through February, encompassing important festivals such as New Year's and Lantern Festival.
The festival kicks off with a citywide opening ceremony, featuring three main themes: "Abundant Blessings," "Blessed Suzhou," and "Gathering Luck for the New Year."
The city is divided into 10 blocks, each highlighting unique characteristics and resource advantages, and focusing on twelve hot consumer themes. Simultaneously, the entire city's businesses are guided, mobilized, and encouraged to plan and launch numerous distinctive and beneficial promotional activities.
The opening ceremony of the "Suzhou Double 12 Shopping Festival" is scheduled for the evening of Dec 9 at Suzhou Center Plaza. The event will showcase a vibrant market featuring themes such as Suzhou manufacturing, time-honored brands, inaugural store launches, and cultural tourism.

"Blessed Suzhou" will focus on introducing consumers to the most distinctive and trendy consumption carriers and scenes throughout Suzhou.
"Gathering Luck for the New Year" will showcase Suzhou's intangible cultural heritage consumer brands, introducing consumers to new products and brands under the theme of "Suzhou Manufacturing" for this year's Double 12 Shopping Festival.
"Abundant Blessings" will invite leaders of various online and offline platforms and commercial entities to be present and interact with consumers, offering a variety of exciting discounts both online and offline.
