Resume: Sheng Yixian, born in November 1961, with a college degree, began working in November 1978. Of Han ethnicity, he hails from Zhenjiang city of Jiangsu province and joined the Communist Party of China in May 2002. Sheng is currently a Level-3 consultant of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
