Resume: Gu Bin, born in March 1962, with a master's degree graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, began working in August 1983. Of Han ethnicity, he hails from Shanghai and joined the Communist Party of China in May 2002. Gu is currently a Level-4 consultant of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
