Resume: Cao Tingyu, born in October 1963, with an on-job postgraduate, began working in November 1983. Of Han ethnicity, he hails from Suzhou city of Jiangsu province and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1983. Cao is currently a Level-1 consultant of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
