The city offers package services for business registration, enabling one-time processing of business licenses and permit documents for 18 high-frequency licensing matters and 26 typical application scenarios, including registration, amendment, and cancellation.

Suzhou offers remote services for establishing and amending joint-stock companies, significantly enhancing the convenience of business operations.

Suzhou has established one-stop service windows for business registration in 15 commercial banks and 173 branches across the city to streamline the business registration process. This initiative allows businesses to complete the registration process within one day and has served over 51,000 business entities. The city also offers a self-service license collection service, with 52 government service windows and 66 bank branches issuing 85,000 business licenses.

Suzhou has also achieved citywide processing of tax registration matters, providing package services for new business taxpayers through online, offline, and self-service terminals. Furthermore, the electronic business license is a legitimate and adequate proof of identity for tax and social security registration.
