On July 30, Wu Qingwen, mayor of Suzhou, met with Hartmut Lampe, managing director of the Norevo Group and Norevo (Suzhou) Food.

Norevo, with its headquarters situated in Hamburg, Germany, holds a leading position as a company that specializes in the trading and processing of natural raw materials. In 2016, Norevo (Suzhou) Food, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, settled in the Suzhou New District Integrated Free Trade Zone and has consistently expanded its operations in recent years.

Wu tells Lampe that Suzhou is a highly open city with 800 German-invested companies. As the local government strongly supports the food industry, Wu expressed his hope that Norevo will continue to expand its business in the city. He promised that the business environment would be continuously improved to support companies in deepening their roots in Suzhou.

Lampe conveyed his appreciation for the steadfast support of Suzhou in facilitating Norevo's progress. He lauded the city's business environment and pledged to expand investments in Suzhou, building the company's Suzhou base as an important global development hub for the group.
