Suzhou Bureau of Commerce | Updated:2024-03-22 16:27

A delegation from the Jiangsu Department of Commerce visited the Suzhou Industrial Park to assess the progress of the International Business Cooperation Centre (Singapore) on March 12.

The first phase of the International Business Cooperation Centre commenced operations in October 2021, with the second phase following suit in February 2024.

The initiative aims to position the Suzhou Industrial Park as a leading hub for technological incubation, information exchange, investment promotion, and resident services in Singapore. It serves as a platform for fostering bilateral investments between China and Singapore and facilitating global resource connections.

Currently, over 100 projects have signed agreements to establish a presence in the Singapore International Business Centre within the Suzhou Industrial Park.

In the upcoming phase, the Suzhou Bureau of Commerce will further assist domestic enterprises in expanding overseas through the platform. The goal is to attract high-quality overseas projects to Suzhou and bolster the city's capacity to attract and allocate innovative resources globally.
