As the Spring Festival approaches, the Suzhou bureau of commerce has launched the "Igo Suzhou" 2022 Winter Shopping Guide to share information on shopping promotions with visitors during the holiday season.
The shopping guide is made up of four sectors to introduce traditional cuisine for Spring Festival in Suzhou, recommend local tourist attractions and shopping spots, share Chinese New Year folk customs, and share the main activities of this year's Double 12 Shopping Festival.
Main restaurants and hotels in Suzhou have been decorated with New Year items. Zhou Zhijun, general manager assistant of the Suzhou Center Hotel, said the hotel is promoting pre-dishes for New Year's Eve dinner. Zhou added that various Spring Festival activities such as writing couplets and cutting paper will be held as well.

The series of "Igo Suzhou" consumption manuals comprehensively introduces Suzhou's consumption environment, promotes shopping strategies and themed routes according to the season, and covers food, drink, entertainment, shopping and lodging.
The manuals are also available on Suzhoudao, an online service platform for Suzhou.
