Resume: Zhou Qing, born in July 1970, with a master's degree, began working in March 1995. Of Han ethnicity, she hails from Kunshan city of Jiangsu province and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1994. Zhou is currently deputy director of Office of China (Suzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area.
