Resume: Qiu Shaofei, born in April 1973, with an on-job bachelor degree, began working in March 1990. Of Han ethnicity, he hails from Hanchuan city of Hubei province and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1991. Qiu is currently a Level-4 consultant of Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
